Product Information
Some listings feature photographs of the exact item being sold, while others use representative images. When a listing indicates that colors, foils, stamps, weights, or other characteristics may vary, those variations are acceptable and do not qualify as defects. Minor manufacturing variations including weight differences, foil variations, stamp variations, color differences, molding marks, and cosmetic imperfections are normal.
Custom Dyed Discs
Every effort is made to accurately represent dyed discs through photographs. Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and the nature of the dyeing process, minor color variations may occur. Custom dyed discs are final sale once work has begun.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order release dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer, distributor, or shipping delays beyond our control. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may require separate shipments and additional shipping charges. Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Limited Releases & Inventory
Inventory discrepancies, supplier shortages, allocation changes, or system errors may occasionally occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the affected portion of the order and issue a refund. Quantity limits may be applied to limited releases, retailer exclusives, and other high-demand products.
Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Every order is packed by hand with care and attention to protection during transit.
