Return & Refund Policy

At Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved by Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply before being shipped back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returned items must be unused, unthrown, unmodified, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or were shipped incorrectly:

Custom dyed discs

Personalized or custom-made products

Special-order items

Final sale items

Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage after delivery

Returns will not be accepted because a customer:

Changed their mind

Ordered the wrong item

Prefers a different mold, plastic, weight, color, stamp, or foil

Dislikes the flight characteristics of a disc

No longer wants the item after delivery

Disc golf discs naturally vary in color, swirl patterns, stamp placement, foil appearance, and manufacturing characteristics. These variations are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply shipped the wrong item or otherwise made an error with the order, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply within 7 days of delivery.

To review a claim, we may require:

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the shipping label

Approved claims may be resolved through:

Replacement

Refund

Store credit

Another reasonable solution at our discretion

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply.

Refund processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before a shipping label has been created.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment.

Shipping Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement. Any costs associated with reshipping an order are the responsibility of the customer.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns directly and reach a fair solution whenever possible.
