At Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply, every order is packed by hand with care and attention to protection during transit.


Processing Time


Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.


Processing times may be extended during major releases, promotions, holidays, pre-order launches, severe weather events, or periods of unusually high order volume.


Shipping Locations


Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply currently ships within the United States only.


Shipping Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for refund or replacement. Any costs associated with reshipping an order are the responsibility of the customer.


Pre-Orders


Pre-order release dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer, distributor, or shipping delays beyond our control.


Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may require separate shipments and additional shipping charges.


Delivery Issues


Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.


If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply will assist with carrier investigations and insurance claims when possible.


Damaged Shipments


Claims involving damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required before a claim can be reviewed.


Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

Every order is packed with care to help ensure products arrive safely and in the condition expected.


Packaging materials and methods may vary depending on the products being shipped, but protecting your order remains a priority.
