Legal Notice

Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply is an independent business based in Pinehurst, North Carolina. For website or order questions, email pinehurstdgs@gmail.com or use the Contact page.

Photographs and item-specific descriptions for a listing identified as an exact one-of-one disc refer to the particular disc offered. Listings that expressly use representative images may show normal variation as stated on that product page. Product information supplied by manufacturers is identified where appropriate; contact me if a listing appears inaccurate.

Original content created by Pinehurst Disc Golf Supply belongs to its owner. Manufacturer names, product names, photographs, graphics, platform names, and other third-party content or marks remain with their respective owners or licensors. Their appearance does not, by itself, imply affiliation or endorsement.

The Returns and Refunds and Shipping policies set out the direct-store order processes. Policies can be updated for future orders, but an update does not change the terms of an already accepted order or remove rights under applicable law. Website information is provided for shopping and disc selection; any specific purchase promise in a listing remains part of that order.
